To remove the door panel of the Audi A3, detach the plastic cover located next to the window switch. Under this cover, you will find one of the screws that need to be loosened to remove the panel from the door; the other screws are located just below the armrest and at the bottom of the panel.

Once all screws have been removed, you can completely detach the panel by disconnecting the underlying connectors and inserting a new piece.
