Today, let's go through these brief instructions on how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Audi A3 key fob. First, take your key fob and use a thin, pointed object like a flat screwdriver to pry open the side of the fob, removing the plastic cover; this will give you access to the battery compartment, as shown in the video.

Now, remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a CR 2032 3V); insert it the right way round and refit the plastic cover!
