In this video, we see how to reset the service light on an Audi A3 version 8P. First, we insert the key into the ignition. Below the speedometer, there is a button/dial, and we need to pull it twice. Then we turn on the ignition and the display will show that the service is due. We will press the button until the text on the display changes, and it will show us the information for the next service, including the remaining kilometers and time interval. This means that the light has been reset. We release the button and turn off the ignition. We turn it back on and confirm that the light is off.

How to remove the front shock absorber on a Peugeot 406? The first step is to lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts (engine bay), lift the car on a column lift and remove the front wheel. Unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts at the wheel hub (detach the brake line clips with a screwdriver). Unscrew the bolts on the side, then remove the shock absorber from its housing (place a support under the bar). Compare the old part with the new one and prepare for installation. Fit the new shock absorber to the car, working in reverse order.
