Start by removing the two bolts that secure the brake caliper to the disc. Once this is done, you can slide the caliper off its mount. Next, extract the two pins that hold the brake pads in place using a fine pair of pliers. Now remove the two pins and you can also take out the brake pads. Insert the new pads after pushing back the caliper pistons, as the new ones will obviously be much thicker than the worn ones you have removed. While you're at it, give the caliper a clean. Reassemble everything by following the reverse order.
