To change the engine oil on a Benelli 502X, loosen the drain plug of the oil tank, located at the bottom of the vehicle: this can be removed to collect all the used oil that will be expelled from the system. Once the oil has drained out, you can remove the oil filter located next to the drain plug, replacing it with a new one. At this point, you can top up the oil by inserting it through the breather located on the right side of the bike, adding the necessary amount as stated in the manual.
