To replace the fuel tank on a Benelli Leoncino 500, first remove the seat completely from its housing to expose the screws securing the tank at the rear. Once these screws are loosened, proceed to loosen the screws located on the side of the tank, accessible by removing the side fairings.

After these have been unscrewed, disconnect the tank by detaching the pipes and connectors underneath, allowing you to fit the new replacement part.
