In order to replace the piston of the Beta 300 RX, you need to loosen the screws that secure the cylinder to the top of the engine block: once these screws are loosened, you can proceed by disconnecting the injector and removing the spark plug from the cylinder head. This way, the piston will be visible and can be removed from its connecting rod by removing the pin and corresponding retaining ring; at this point, you can insert the new piston on the connecting rod and secure it properly. After installation, you will need to reinsert the cylinder, making sure everything is functioning properly.
