Instructions to Remove the Starter Motor on Beta RR 250

In this video, you will see the main steps to remove the starter motor on a Beta RR 250 enduro bike. First, remove the seat of your bike and unscrew the bolts of the mounting bracket located on the right, near the cylinder head; then, start unscrewing the bolts securing the starter motor.

Next, remove the central bolt of the swinging arm to lower it; then, remove the rear wheel and proceed to remove the starter motor, as shown in the video. Just follow the video until the end!

How to dismantle the TM Racing KV95 engine?

To dismantle the TM Racing KV95 engine, first remove it from its housing by unscrewing the bolts and disconnecting the connectors that hold it in place. Once the block is completely freed, you can unscrew the bolts securing the side casings and also the bolts that secure the cylinder at the top of the bike: the piston contained within can be released from its housing and then removed from its connecting rod. By dismantling the two side half-casings, you will also gain access to the components inside.
