Model: Beta Xtrainer
To replace the piston on the Beta Xtrainer, first open the water pump cover and collect the coolant in a container. Now, accessing from the side of the bike, disconnect all hoses and cables connected to the cylinder and also loosen the bolts securing it. This will allow you to lift the cylinder, exposing the piston: this can now be detached from the connecting rod and replaced with a new spare part. After installing the new piston, you can reassemble the cylinder and the water pump.
