To dismantle the TM Racing KZ R1 engine, first remove the engine from its housing by unscrewing the bolts that secure it to the mounts and disconnecting all pipes and connectors attached to it. Once the engine block is freed, unscrew the bolts that secure the cylinder at the top of the bike. This will allow you to remove the piston from its connecting rod, and then you can unscrew the bolts that hold the two half-cases of the engine together. You can then remove and replace all internal components, reassembling everything afterwards.
