To replace the engine oil of a Yamaha MT-07, follow these steps. Start by positioning the motorcycle on a flat surface and make sure the engine is warm but not too hot. Remove the oil cap from the top of the engine and unscrew the oil drain plug on the engine crankcase, usually located on the lower side of the engine. Place a collection container under the drain plug and unscrew the plug to completely drain the used oil. Once drained, screw the drain plug back in. Remove and replace the oil filter using an oil filter wrench. Apply some new oil on the gasket of the new filter before installation. Fill the engine with new oil through the oil opening until reaching the recommended level. Check the oil level using the dipstick and add oil if necessary. Screw the oil cap back on and make sure it is tight. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to distribute the oil, and the procedure will be complete.
