As shown in this tutorial, replacing the headlight bulb on the SYM Bonus 110 scooter is a very simple and quick task. Before proceeding, ensure the key is not inserted for safety.

Start by removing both mirrors, then unscrew all the screws securing the front fairing and separate it from the handlebars. Finally, disconnect the power connector, unscrew the bulb holder screws, and remove the bulb from the headlight.

Fit the replacement bulb, avoiding direct contact with the glass using bare hands.

Vespa Immobiliser: How to Transfer the Chip from the Old Key

In the case shown in the video, the new keys are not recognised by the ECU: the Vespa starts but does not run (thus the immobiliser is active). The solution shown in the video involves locating the immobiliser chip in the old key (the one recognised by the ECU). Open the cover on the key (only red master keys or some blue ones), remove the chip (which is a small black cylinder or rectangle), insert it into the new key in place of the new one, and try to start. Now the key will work. If the master key is red, it will definitely work. If it is blue, it might work: you need to cut the silicone; this is possible but a delicate operation. If it is a black clone key, then it is a system that does not work.
