To replace the headlight bulb on a Sym Bonus 110, you must completely remove the front fairing of the motorcycle. Start by loosening the screws located above the handlebars.

Once these bolts are loosened, detach the fairing and disconnect the connectors inside the headlamp unit. This will allow you to remove the bulb from its housing and replace it with a new spare part.

After the replacement, reassemble all the other removed parts.

Vespa Immobiliser: How to Transfer the Chip from the Old Key

In the case shown in the video, the new keys are not recognised by the ECU: the Vespa starts but does not run (thus the immobiliser is active). The solution shown in the video involves locating the immobiliser chip in the old key (the one recognised by the ECU). Open the cover on the key (only red master keys or some blue ones), remove the chip (which is a small black cylinder or rectangle), insert it into the new key in place of the new one, and try to start. Now the key will work. If the master key is red, it will definitely work. If it is blue, it might work: you need to cut the silicone; this is possible but a delicate operation. If it is a black clone key, then it is a system that does not work.
