In order to replace the rear shock absorber of the BMW K100, you need to loosen the screws that secure the shock absorber to its housing located at the rear of the motorcycle, just above the rear wheel. Once the screws holding the shock absorber are removed, you can completely detach this component so that you can insert the new one. The new shock absorber can be secured to its housing with the appropriate screws; after installing the new shock absorber, you can verify that everything is functioning correctly.
