Locate the oil drain plug, usually located under the engine, and carefully unscrew it, draining all the oil into the container. In the meantime, remove the oil filter using the appropriate tool. Once removed, install the new filter, lightly lubricating the gasket with some fresh oil to ensure a perfect seal. Close the drain plug, being careful not to tighten it too much to avoid damaging the threads. Then, open the filling cap and pour in the new oil, checking the level with the indicator or dipstick. Start the engine for a few seconds and then turn it off to recheck the oil level, adding more if necessary. Remember to dispose of the used oil in accordance with local regulations.
