To ensure the engine oil replacement on the BMW K1600, it will be necessary to loosen the drain plug of the reservoir that contains the engine oil: this drain plug will be located at the central lower part of the motorcycle and can be unscrewed while collecting all the used oil in a suitably positioned container. Once all the oil has drained out, it will be possible to completely remove the oil filter located at the lower part of the right side of the motorcycle. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up by adding the new oil through the vent on the right side of the vehicle.
