In order to replace the front shock absorber of the BMW K1600, you need to loosen the screws that secure the front fairings of the motorcycle, located right under the front headlight: once these panels have been removed, you will be able to locate the screws that secure the shock absorber from the top. You will need to loosen them completely and proceed by loosening the screws that also secure it from the bottom so that it can be completely detached: the new shock absorber can then be inserted in order to be secured and verify that everything is working properly.
