To replace the battery on a BMW K1600, loosen the screws that secure the seat to its housing. Once the seat is removed, you will have access to the components underneath. In the centre, locate the battery, which must be freed from its housing by unscrewing the fixing bolts and disconnecting the power cables. After the old battery has been removed, insert the new one, securing and connecting it properly, then reinstall the seat.
