In order to replace the battery of the BMW K1600 remote control, you need to press the button located on the top of the device: by doing so, you will notice that the key will lift up and it will be possible to pry open its housing. By doing this, you will be able to remove the panel located on the back of the device: by removing it, you will have access to the underlying battery, which can then be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new spare part.
