In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the engine oil in the BMW F900 R, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, let's make sure that the engine is cool enough. Then, we position a container underneath the motorcycle, locate the bolts of the two drainage holes, and unscrew them using both a T50 Torx wrench and a 5mm hex wrench. Next, we let all the oil contained in the system drain out, unscrew the old filter, and tighten the replacement. At this point, all that's left to do is to reassemble everything and add the necessary amount of oil through the designated upper hole.
