How to change the engine oil and filter on a Suzuki BMW K1600? Follow these steps for the oil replacement. Position the motorcycle on the centre stand, using a socket and appropriate socket, unscrew the bolt from the oil sump (drain the fluid into a container).

Unscrew the oil filter with the suitable tool located near the brake pedal (right side of the engine). Remove the used oil filter kit and fit a new one (clean the area of the engine where the oil filter sits).

Finally, top up with new oil in the engine and close with the plastic cap.
