Today, we will explain how to replace the battery of the tyre pressure sensor on a 2018 BMW R 1200 GS LC motorcycle. The operation of the sensor is crucial for recognising the correct tyre pressure. To perform the battery replacement, open the top part of the sensor using a flat screwdriver to disengage the two plastic parts. Once the top is removed, split the sensor into two parts and replace the battery. Close the sensor and secure the top cover to the sensor, taking care not to damage the circuit board.
