How to perform regular maintenance on the BMW F800 ST

Today's procedure will show us how to perform regular maintenance, which includes changing the motor oil and various filters, on the BMW F800 ST motorcycle. First, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start by unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. Then, we unscrew the screws on the oil filter cover and replace the cartridge with a new one, as shown in the video. At this point, if necessary, we replace the air filter and the engine spark plugs, completing the regular maintenance.
