How to remove the previous owner's IDs and restore factory settings on a BMW

In this video we see something very important to know for those who buy a used BMW car; in this case, if it has not been done by the previous owner, or by the Dealer or Salonist who took the used car, we must be able to delete the data of the previous users, and to reset the on-board computer to factory settings, so that we can load our data. First of all, let's check that the data of the previous owner is still loaded by going to "settings", then click on "BMW ID". Click on the first item "manage BMW ID's" where all the loaded IDs are listed. Let's go back to the settings and then go to "system setting" and from there select "reset vehicle data": confirm and then click "delete". It will take about thirty seconds for the reset to complete. Upon restarting the car, we will be able to load our data.
