The following video tutorial shows us the procedure to reset the service light on a BMW 5 Series F 10 model, produced from 2010 to 2017. To reset the light, we need to press and hold the TRIP A button on the left side of the dashboard under the tachometer for the entire duration of the mileage update. Once the reset is complete, release the button and restart the instrument panel to finish the procedure. Restarting the vehicle allows us to also check that the light has been reset correctly, otherwise it may be necessary to go to the workshop for a computerized diagnosis.
