How to Reset the Service Light on a Chevrolet Sonic

To reset the service light on a Chevrolet Sonic, turn on the ignition and the engine. Using the lever that controls the turn signals, rotate the wheel with the arrow symbols down until the display shows "oil life". Press the "set/clr" button on the left end of the turn signal lever until a screen appears with two options. Rotate the wheel up until the "yes" option is selected, then press the "set/clr" button again on the left side of the turn signal lever. Once pressed, you will see "oil life 100%" on the screen, indicating the service has been reset.
