How do you replace the external rearview mirror of the Citroën DS3?

In order to replace the external rearview mirror of the Citroën DS3, you need to loosen the screws that secure the corresponding door panel: these screws will be located at the bottom of the panel, near the interior handle and next to the window control panel. This way, you can remove the panel to loosen the screws that secure the mirror from the inside, also disconnecting the appropriate connector: you can now insert the new replacement piece, securing it with the screws and reinstalling the interior door trim.
