In this video, we can see how to change the speedometer indication from kilometers per hour to miles per hour or vice versa, on a DS 3: it is not a very intuitive operation. From the multimedia screen, we need to go to "system configuration". We select "units" and here we can find various types of measurement units, which are indicated in a bizarre way: for example, MPGE should be "miles per gallon electric" while normally one would look for something like "miles per gallon per hour", which is actually what is displayed on the speedometer, while for kilometers, we have the option of liters per 100 km, also expressed with electrical terminology, like the next one which corresponds to approximately km per liter.
