The engine of the Derbi GPR 125 can be disassembled by unscrewing all the screws that fix the block inside its housing, so that the latter can be removed. Once the engine has been extracted, it will be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that fix the clutch cover, which must be removed from its seat by removing the fixing screws. Once the clutch has been removed, it will be possible to loosen the screws that fix the semi-engine cover from the opposite side, removing it and accessing the components inside. In this way it will be possible to remove the piston, crankshaft and all the necessary parts.
