How do you disassemble the engine of the Derbi GPR 125?

In order to disassemble the engine of the Derbi GPR 125, you need to loosen the screws that secure the engine block inside its housing. Once this has been freed from the screws that hold it to its supports and the connectors have been disconnected, it will be possible to remove the engine from inside its housing. After removal, it will be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that secure the cylinder, removing it, and accessing the piston located internally. The piston must be disconnected from the connecting rod by removing the corresponding ring and pin. In this way, all the other internal components can be removed and replaced with new spare parts.

Three things to do with the Piaggio Medley 125

In this video, our youtuber advises us, based on his experience, three things NOT to do on the Piaggio Medley 125. First, the fuel cap has a water drainage hole, which must be positioned in a specific way, namely with the half moon towards the driver's seat, as shown in the video. The second thing is not to turn off the engine when the Start & Stop function is active: the engine will only start by pressing the start button; it can be done in reverse, when the engine is idling. The third thing is not to adjust the spring preload too often, and when you do, support the tool with your index finger.
