In this video tutorial, we can see how to replace the cabin air filter in a Dodge Avenger, following a few simple steps: the first thing to do is to purchase a new cabin air filter from an authorized dealer. The next step is to get inside the car, turn off the engine, and engage the handbrake; the cabin air filter can be found inside the car, behind the glove compartment. We open the glove compartment and remove any material inside. Press the sides of the compartment inward and release the right side pin to lower the compartment completely; now we can remove the compartment from its housing by pulling it towards us; we need to remove the filter cover and extract the old filter element from its housing; position the new filter following the arrows indicated on the filter itself, following the direction of the airflow.
