How to replace the air filter in a Dodge Avenger.

In this video tutorial, we can see how it is possible to replace the air filter in a Dodge Avenger by following a few simple steps: the first thing to do is to purchase a new air filter from an authorized dealer. The next step is to get into the car, turn off the engine, and engage the handbrake. Lift the hood and secure it with a prop rod. Using a flat-head screwdriver, unscrew the clamp screw that holds the intake tube connected to the filter box; then disconnect the tubes from the box and unplug the electrical cable. Use a 10mm socket wrench to unscrew the fastening element of the box; now we can remove the filter box from its housing; remove the cover of the box and take out the old filter element. Clean the filter housing and the cover; install the new air filter and reassemble all the parts in reverse order.
