Model: Ducati Monster 800
In this video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the front and rear brake pads of the Ducati Monster, in simple steps. First we go to unscrew the screws of the rear brake caliper, in order to remove it from the disc; then we extract the brake pads that we find inside, removing the central pin with a caliper, as shown in the video. At this point we clean the caliper from the dirt and put pressure on the piston to make it re-enter; then insert the new pads and reassemble everything, applying the same procedure for the front ones!

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes? In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob. by ScegliAuto More videos
