In order to adjust the chain tension on the Ducati 748, it is necessary to completely remove the panel covering the sprocket on the left side of the motorcycle. Once this panel has been removed, the underlying sprocket can be located. Next to it, there will be a bolt that can be tightened to increase the tension on the chain. A similar bolt with the same function can be found at the end of the swingarm, corresponding to the rear sprocket. Once the chain has been properly tensioned, the panel covering the sprocket can be reinstalled.

In order to replace the Ducati Diavel muffler, you need to unscrew the screws that secure the right side fairing of the bike, so that it completely detaches it. Once the piece has been removed, it will be possible to access the fixing ring that joins the final part of the muffler to the remaining part of the exhaust duct. In this way it will then be possible to unscrew the bolt that secures the muffler to its upper support. It will now be possible to remove the part completely, so that it can be replaced with a new spare part.
