Thanks to these steps we will see how to disassemble the chain, the crown and the pinion on a Ducati 748, following the instructions below. First we are going to remove the safety cotter pin that we find on the rear wheel nut; then we unscrew the screws of the chain guard to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the pinion casing and unscrew the two fixing screws of the same; remove the crown bolt, using a 41 mm socket wrench, and remove the crown and chain with an extractor, also removing the pinion. How do you replace the Ducati Diavel muffler?

In order to replace the Ducati Diavel muffler, you need to unscrew the screws that secure the right side fairing of the bike, so that it completely detaches it. Once the piece has been removed, it will be possible to access the fixing ring that joins the final part of the muffler to the remaining part of the exhaust duct. In this way it will then be possible to unscrew the bolt that secures the muffler to its upper support. It will now be possible to remove the part completely, so that it can be replaced with a new spare part.
