This brief procedure will show you how to remove and replace the battery on a Ducati 1098S motorcycle, following these simple steps. First, place the motorcycle on a stand and start by removing the left side fairing, unscrewing all the fixing screws; you will find the battery at the back, where you will disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative), as shown in the video. At this point, remove and replace the battery with a new one of the correct type and the same amperage; reassemble the previous components and then test the engine start!
