To set the clock on a Ducati Multistrada, first turn on the instrument panel and navigate through its menu using the controls on the left side of the handlebars. This will allow you to press and hold the button above the lever, causing the hours to start flashing. You can change the hours with single presses of the same button; confirm the change by holding it down and then adjust the minutes in the same manner.
