To change the engine oil on a Ducati Streetfighter 848, loosen the drain plug located at the bottom centre of the bike. Once loosened, you can collect the used oil in a suitably positioned container. Additionally, the oil filter located on the left side of the bike can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new spare part. At this point, you can top up the oil by pouring it into the breather located on the right side of the bike.
