Let's see in this short video how to disassemble the rear wheel of a Royal Enfield 500 Classic: make sure the vehicle is on the center stand and on level ground. Check the chain tension mark and then hold the axle steady, loosening the nut on the opposite side with a 24 mm wrench. Remove the axle from the left side; move the sealing rings that hold the caliper tube on the bracket; disconnect the ABS connection using a 4 mm hex key, then remove the rear brake caliper assembly from the bracket; remove the sprocket spacer from the left side, and remove the rear wheel from the swingarm. Securely position the caliper. For reassembly, make sure the brake pads are correctly installed and insert the wheel into the swingarm, insert the spacer, align the caliper bracket slot with the swingarm tab so that the brake disc is between the pads. Reinstall the wheel axle from the left side and tighten it. Secure the brake tube, and check its proper functioning before using the motorcycle.

First, turn on the ignition and hold down the "Info A" and "Info B" buttons located at the bottom of the left knob.
