In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the front headlight bulb on a Royal Enfield Scram 411, an extremely simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the instrument cluster is off, then locate the two screws on either side of the headlight and unscrew them with a 6mm hex key. Next, unscrew the lower screw using a 4mm key, separate the headlight from the base, and remove the inner cover. At this point, simply disconnect the power connector, remove the rubber cap, unclip the metal clip, and extract the old bulb. To fit the replacement and reassemble everything, just follow the reverse procedure.
