Removing Gear Knob

The operation of removing the gear knob is very simple but must be done carefully. Obtain the new knob and proceed with the change. Applying significant horizontal force, grip the knob firmly with one hand and slowly rotate it counterclockwise. After the initial effort, unscrew the knob completely until it is fully removed. This operation requires many turns.
When you reach the end, take care with the spring located inside the knob itself. To fit the new knob, proceed in reverse, remembering to tighten it well all the way down.

How to Replace the Timing Belt on a Lancia Delta

How do you replace the timing belt on a Lancia Delta? Lift the car on a column lift. Open the bonnet, remove the engine soundproofing panel and the metal timing belt cover. Using a suitable spanner, loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. After fitting the new belt, use the spanner to tension the tensioner pulley, tightening until the belt has the correct tension (as previously installed). Finally, check the tensioner and the belt itself, and tighten everything with a socket wrench.
