Replace the fuel filter on a Ford Fiesta. Here’s how to dismantle and replace it. Lift the car with a column lift, locate the fuel filter under the floor pan as shown in the video.

Use a socket spanner to undo the securing bolts on the sides of the fuel filter (if present). Once the bolts above the container plate are removed, take the fuel filter out of the engine bay (disconnect the petrol circulation hoses).

Fit the new fuel filter under the floor pan (connect the hoses and wires). Tighten the securing bolts of the fuel filter (if present).

Lower the car. Start and test the Ford Fiesta.
