Disassembly of the front door of the Ford Fiesta

In this guide we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the front door of the Ford Focus, in simple steps. First we open the front door and start disconnecting the small rubber tube that we find above the hinge; then unscrew the fixing screws of the hinges, disconnecting the electric connector of the window lifter button, as shown in the video. At this point we definitively remove the front door, replacing it with the new one; then we reassemble the front door, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!

Unlatch and lift the hood, then you will need to remove all the parts above the area where you will be working. As shown in the video, you can remove the screws to take off the upper panels. Now you need to remove the air filter cover from the engine. In any case, you will need to remove all obstructing parts until you reach the belt. In the diagram, you can see which pulley acts as the tensioner, so loosen it to remove the belt. Once the tension is off the belt, you can take it out and replace it without issues.
