In order to replace the exhaust valve of the GasGas EC 300, you need to loosen the screws that secure the valve cover to the top of the engine cylinder: once these screws have been loosened, you can proceed by removing the cover and locating the valves underneath. You will need to remove the exhaust valve from its seat, also removing the appropriate sealing ring: this way you can insert the new valve into its housing, so that it can be secured and then verify that everything works, covering everything with the cover.

How to Replace the Exhaust on the Honda CBR 650F

To replace the exhaust on the Honda CBR 650F, loosen the screws that secure the fairings at the front lower part of the bike, just behind the front wheel. Once these panels are removed, you will be able to access the collector connected to the engine block. This will allow you to completely detach the collector and proceed to unscrew the exhaust from its mount near the rear wheel. The new replacement part can then be inserted into its place to ensure everything functions correctly.
