How to Adjust the Valves on a GasGas EC 300

Model: Gasgas Ec 300
Part: Valve

Video tutorial

To adjust the valves on a GasGas EC 300, loosen all the bolts securing the cover on the right side of the bike, which contains the valve mechanism. Once the cover is removed, access the underlying valves that need to be adjusted according to the specifications in the user and maintenance manual, using the appropriate tools.

You can also check the valve clearance using a feeler gauge: after adjustment, close the cover by securing it with the bolts.

To replace the air filter on a Sym VF3I, open the underseat compartment to access the screws and disconnect the battery connectors. The battery will then need to be removed from its housing, allowing access to the components underneath. Here, you will find the filter box cover, which should be removed by unscrewing the fastening screws. Once the old filter is removed, insert the new one into its place and secure the cover with the screws. Then, reinstall the battery and close the underseat compartment.
