To dismantle the GasGas JT25 engine, first extract the engine from its housing by unscrewing the bolts that secure it in place. Once the engine block has been removed from its seat, proceed to loosen the bolts that hold the cylinder at the top of the block, completely removing it and then disconnecting the piston from its conrod. After the piston has been removed, you can take off the two side crankcase halves, removing the additional components inside the engine and replacing them with the corresponding spare parts.
