In order to disassemble the engine of the Gilera Smash 110, you need to loosen the screws that fix the supports to their housing: by doing this, you will be able to completely free the engine block so that you can then loosen the screws that fix the pipes and connectors related to the sensors. Once these elements have been removed, you can proceed by loosening the screws securing the cylinder, detaching it from the top of the engine block: the piston can now be detached from the connecting rod, also removing the latter from the engine shaft and replacing any additional components.
