To disassemble the engine of the Gilera B 300, you need to loosen the screws that secure the engine block to its housing, located in the center of the frame. You will also need to disconnect the power cables and loosen all the screws that secure the intake and exhaust manifolds. Then, it will be possible to loosen the screws that hold the cylinder and the cylinder head, allowing you to access the piston inside. The piston can be detached from the connecting rod by widening the ring and removing the pin. You will now have access to the crankshaft and all the additional components that need to be replaced.
