In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble, in simple steps, the forks of a Gilera Arizona Rally 250. First we position the rear stand on the bike and we go to remove the front wheel, unscrewing the wheel blocks with a 10 mm wrench; after which we perform the same operation on the other side, as shown in the video. At this point we unscrew the central bolt and extract the front wheel; then we disassemble the fork stems, after having unscrewed the upper fixing bolts: we just have to follow the video tutorial to the end, to better understand all the steps!

Change the coolant of the Ktm Duke 390

Let's find out, in this short and simple guide, how to replace the coolant on the Ktm Duke 390 motorcycle. First of all we put our bike on the stand and start by unscrewing the screws of the plastic bulkhead that we find under the engine; then we go and unscrew the bleed screw located on the water pump casing, letting the old antifreeze fluid drain into a container. At this point we unscrew the radiator cap to top up with the new coolant, of the right type for our radiator; then let's start the engine!
