The exhaust pipe installed on the Aprilia RS 660 will need to be removed by first loosening the screws that hold it to the respective supports on the right side of the vehicle: once the support screws have been unscrewed, it will be possible to loosen the screw that attaches the exhaust pipe to the remaining part of the exhaust duct, through the corresponding connecting clamp. Then, by disconnecting the last sensors, it will be possible to completely remove the old exhaust pipe so that it can be replaced with a new one: the new one must be connected to the sensors, attached to the remaining part of the exhaust duct, and finally installed on the right side.

How to Dismantle the Engine of the KTM EXC 300
